Rank Tracker

1. Feature Overview

Rank Tracker allows you to monitor the ranking performance of one or multiple keywords at both the your own ASIN and competitor ASIN levels. It covers Sponsored (Ad) rankings and Organic rankings, helping you adjust bids in time to stabilize and optimize ad performance.

By combining ranking data, you can better understand keyword competitiveness and make informed optimization decisions.

2. Use Cases

By tracking ranking changes, you can:

  • Better understand competitive dynamics for core keywords

Rank Tracker distinguishes between paid traffic rankings and organic traffic rankings, providing clearer insights into ASIN competitiveness and supporting cost-related decision-making.

5. FAQ

How accurate is the ranking data?

Ranking results may differ from what you see in manual searches due to variations in search time, delivery address, and other factors.

For U.S. marketplace tracking, the system uses New York as the default delivery location to better reflect ranking trends.

Why is the ranking displayed as “–”?

There are two possible reasons:

  1. The task has been created for less than 1 day, so ranking data is not yet available.

  2. After more than 1 day, if the product does not appear within the top 3 pages of search results, the ranking will still be shown as “–”.

Why is historical data missing for some ASINs?

  • If a new competitor ASIN is added:

    • Ratings, price, and BSR data are only collected after the ASIN is added

    • Historical data cannot be backfilled

    • However, if the ASIN appeared in the top 3 pages previously, its historical rankings can be traced back to the time the keyword was added

  • If a new keyword is added:

    • Ranking data for both your ASIN and competitor ASINs is collected only after the keyword is added

    • Historical data cannot be backfilled
